Work with me
Same idea, different subject: your company is the gym, and you're in training too. Fix the company and you get your week back. Fix the operator and the company gets a better one. You'll end up doing both, so start with whichever is louder today.
"My team is busy and nothing's moving."
Six sessions install how your team works, then a quarterly audit holds it to a number you already report. Priced by department, prices published.
See the program and what it costs →"I've built it, and I'm running on empty."
It all starts with the F4 assessment and a review with me. Then the room, or one to one. Everything below is that track.

The company track is a program, not a membership. Six sessions install where work lives, how much authority each person has, and what each department is going after. Then a quarterly audit holds it to a number off your own report.
Runs on a leadership team, a department, or a whole company, leadership first. The frameworks scale down to one assistant and three contractors; the priced program starts at a leadership team.
For you
The F4 assessment. It shows you where your four pillars actually sit right now, and it's the first thing that tells both of us whether this is going to work. Then I go through it with you, before you join anything at all.
Nobody calls you because you took it, and nothing is sold to you at the end. If you decide you want in, that's when we talk, and I go through your four pillars with you before you join anything. There is no other way in, to any of it.
Why it starts here
Everything I do runs on it. The system doesn't work on people who want to feel like they're working on themselves. It works on people who'll tell the truth on a form nobody is watching them fill in, and then go and do something about what it says.
The intensity becomes the lie detector for your intention.
That's why the only door is a piece of work rather than a sales call. Ten minutes costs you almost nothing and costs me nothing to read, and it still tells me more than an hour on the phone would. Mostly it tells me whether you'll still be doing this in March.
What comes after
One is a room you join and stay in for as long as it's useful. The other starts with four sessions and thirty days, and only becomes a longer commitment if it has earned one. By the time we've been through your assessment together, it's usually obvious which of the two you are.
The four pillars, worked live in a room. One hour every Tuesday, format up to me and up to what the week needs, with The Cave™ running underneath the other six days. This is the groundwork the other three are built on.
Four sessions with me on what's actually going on, and thirty days inside The Cave™ to find out whether the way I work is the way you work. It's how every one-to-one engagement begins, and it stands on its own if that's as far as you want to take it.
Private and ongoing. We go deep on your business and your life together, and it goes wherever you need it to go.
Everything Legend is and more of it, aimed at the company as well as the person running it.
Nobody signs up for a year of anything on the strength of a good conversation. Thirty days is long enough to know whether this works on you, and short enough that finding out costs you very little.
What happens next
About ten minutes. Four pillars, honestly answered. Nobody calls you because you took it, and nothing is sold to you at the end of it.
I read your four pillars back to you and tell you what I actually see, including which one is pulling the others down. Nobody joins anything before this, and I read it before we speak.
The room, or the Intensive if it's going to be one to one. Legend and the Boardroom come later, after the thirty days. Sometimes the honest answer is none of it yet, and I'll tell you that instead of selling you something.
Most people who don't finish it were never going to finish the harder things either. That's not a judgment, it's just the most useful thing either of us can learn today. Finish it and we'll sit down with what it says.
