The Cave™ Academy · Weekly group coaching

One live hour a week, and a rhythm for the rest of it.

Group coaching with David on the four areas of F4: health, focus, relationships and money. You meet live every Tuesday at 1 PM Eastern. Between sessions you use The Cave™, where you track goals, daily check-ins, and progress between sessions.

Month to month, cancel any time. The price is set after your assessment conversation; it is not published.

What it is

A live weekly session, with The Cave™ between sessions.

I decide what each week needs. Some weeks I teach one of the four areas and set what everyone works on. Other weeks we work through what people bring with them. The format follows what the group needs rather than a fixed curriculum.

It is live, and it is the one hour a week I ask you to keep free. Everyone works on the same area in the same week, and The Cave™ holds your goals, check-ins and record the rest of the time.

What you work on

Four areas, one at a time.

Four areas that shape your life: health, focus, relationships, and money. David calls this F4: Fitness, Focus, Fraternity, and Finance. The group works through them in order and comes back to each one regularly.

First

Fitness

Your physical health and energy. When it slips, focus and performance usually follow.

Second

Focus

Quiet time, stillness and less time on your phone, so you can think clearly.

Third

Fraternity

The people in your life, and whether you have people who will tell you the truth.

Fourth

Finance

What you earn, and whether it is paying for the life you want.

What's included

What the Academy includes.

The Academy is group coaching and the most common place to start. Legend and the Boardroom add private sessions; see all four options.

How to begin

Take the assessment, then talk it through.

The assessment takes about ten minutes and your results appear on screen right away. Before you join, David goes through it with you and you agree on whether the Academy is the right place to start. This work requires honesty, time, and follow-through. We will discuss what that involves before you commit.
